We are working on developing a detailed history of Tenino Lodge and we would appreciate
input from anyone who can shine light thereon.

when the current building was erected (and it is obvious the building is this old when you get the bills
for maintaining it as a historic site), so here from 90 years ago:
Ground was broken for Tenino's Masonic Temple in 1921
Masonic ground-breaking
April 21, 1921 - (From the Centralia Chronicle)
Ground has been broken for the new Masonic Temple at Tenino. S.W. Fenton is
chairman of the building committee. The temple will be located on the site of the former
structure which was destroyed in the fire in November of 1917. It will be constructed of
Tenino sandstone.
