The District 17 Meeting was a wonderful success, being held at Centralia Lodge #28 on Saturday March 3, 2007.

WB Clayton LaVigne was presented with the Grand Master’s Achievement Award for his dedicated service to the Fraternity.

Our Lodge has 4 honorary members. They are as follows:

  1. WB Baxter Harwood from Centralia Lodge #63, of whom we had the honor of installing as musician for the first time in District 17 in many years, and is now musician in 3 lodges in the district.
  2. VWB Ian Ricker, District Deputy from District #17 from 1999 to 2001, who was instrumental in getting the District meeting in Tenino in 1999.
  3. MWB Bill R. Wood, who not only was the Most Worshipful Grand Master for the District meeting, he also visited the Lodge 2 months later during WB Paul Tubman's term as Worshipful Master.
  4. VWB Jack Parker, curator of the Grand Lodge Museum.  2006 Tenino Lodge #86 Worshipful Master, Ed Bennett is the assistant curator.

On the right is our Pillar of Progress award from MWB James Reid for the pillar of "community involvement." This is from our participation in the T90 Quarrymen Car Club's annual car show. We continue to be involved in this venture, and many of our members are members of the club.
